Freedom through Forgiveness

“It’s one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself, to forgive.” Why is it so much more difficult for us to forgive ourselves than it is to forgive the people we love? This is a question that often comes to mind in the midst of having made a mistake. I believe it stems from
